| Salty Dog Bio Since the band formed in 1992, Salty Dog has played it's own style of acoustic rock on the Emerald Coast. The unique blend of original music and classic rock has made them a perennial favorite among tourists and locals in the Destin area. With three CD's for sale, Salty Dog performs at various venues along the Gulf Coast, including Sandestin, Seaside and Gulf Place. Salty Dog is known for it's versatility in performing as a duo, trio, or full-on, five- piece band. With the vocals and rhythm guitar of Brad Vroon, and the harmonies and lead guitar of Richard Paris, Salty Dog has made it's mark on the Destin music scene. Harry Eckel on the drums and Diki Ross on Keyboards round out the rhthym section to give Salty Dog the Gulf Coast-Carribean sound that has been it's trademark for more than a decade. With a range of music from Jimmy Buffett to Bob Marley to Matchbox Twenty, Salty Dog's songlist has combined the best of old and new music with a beach flavor to entertain any age group.
